  • Chicken (boneless, boiled and shredded) – ½ kg
  • Bread (medium size) – 1 slice
  • Black pepper powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise – 1 cup
  • Fresh cream – 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato ketchup – ¼ cup
  • Eggs (boiled and mashed) – 4
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil – for frying
  • Step-by-Step Instructions

    1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, black pepper powder, mayonnaise, fresh cream, mashed eggs, and salt to make a smooth filling mixture.
    2. Trim the edges off the bread slice, roll it flat with a rolling pin, briefly dip it in water, then squeeze out the excess water with your hands.
    3. Place a portion of the chicken mixture onto the flattened bread, wrap and shape into balls. Repeat until mixture is used.
    4. Beat 2 eggs in a shallow bowl. Dip each ball into the beaten eggs, then deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp.
    5. Remove on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot, garnished with ketchup, extra mayonnaise, and chopped fresh coriander.
