Ingredients:-

  • Potatoes (peeled and cut into cubes) – 2
  • Stock/Broth – 4 cups
  • Onion (chopped) – 1
  • Garlic cloves – 2 (finely chopped)
  • Salt – to taste
  • White pepper powder – to taste
  • Vinegar – 1 tablespoon
  • Chinese salt (MSG) – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Butter – 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cream – 1/2 cup
  • Step-by-Step Instructions:-

    1. Heat butter in a saucepan. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until lightly golden and fragrant.
    2. Then add potatoes, salt, white pepper powder, vinegar, Chinese salt, and 2 cups of water. Cook until the potatoes are soft.
    3. Once the potatoes are cooked, add cream and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Blend the mixture until smooth, then pour it back into the saucepan.
    4. Add the stock and cook until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.
    5. Delicious Creamy Potato Soup is ready — serve hot and enjoy!
